The firm’s technical leadership holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, bringing advanced analytical knowledge and a deep understanding of structural behavior across multiple systems.
Prior to establishing Encofy Consultants Pvt Ltd, our leadership gained extensive industry experience in Houston, Texas, on a wide range of structural projects over a period of seven years. This experience involved the design and coordination of steel buildings, wood-framed structures, and concrete parking garages, each requiring a high level of technical precision and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Beyond design, this experience included:
1. Reviewing shop drawings and submittals to ensure alignment with design intent
